Terms and conditions.

By booking at Havyn Hotel, you agree to the following conditions.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Your access code will be sent before arrival. Early check-in from 1:30 PM or late check-out until 12:30 PM: $30, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancel 7 days or more before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are non-refundable. Third-party bookings are subject to the platform’s own terms.

Hotel rules

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Only registered guests may remain after 10 PM. The entire property is smoke- and vape-free.

Pets

One pet per suite is welcome for $50 per stay.

Damage and fees

Smoking or vaping inside the property will result in a $500 fee. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged at the cost of repair.
